Theory Lessons

You only need to attend one theory lesson.

Driving Lessons

The course includes 6 driving lessons, each lasting 45 minutes.

Driving Test

The use of a car and trailer for the driving test is included.

What Are You Allowed to Drive?

Do You Need a Category BE Trailer Licence?

With a standard Category B licence, you can tow a trailer with a maximum total weight of 750 kg.

 

You can also drive a car and trailer combination with a combined maximum weight of up to 4,250 kg, as long as the trailer’s maximum total weight does not exceed 750 kg.

 

With a Category BE licence, you can tow larger trailers and drive combinations with a total weight of up to 7,000 kg, provided your vehicle is approved to tow that weight.

Information

  • To obtain a Category BE licence, you must provide a medical certificate from your doctor.
    If additional driving lessons are needed, they are available at DKK 750 per lesson. For most students, however, this is not necessary.
